Immaculate
IMMACULATE: adj. Perfectly clean or tidy.
In this series of works, I ponder on the role of women, their strength, their knowledge, their empowerment, and above all, their dignity. I vindicate women through the body. Identities, busts, breasts, and bellies.
Starting from old photographs recovered from photographic archive funds, I create these works, using the technique of trasphotography (or mixed technique).
They are images of prostitutes, Moroccan and Algerian, whose purpose was to show and advertise good products to a potential buyer.
Bodies sold, today immaculate.
